Awesome! Great Work! I’ve slowly begun to incorporate OpenGL into some of my projects via pygame, but I haven’t really played with pyglet yet.
Do you have any plans to release either of the games?
PS: I started using python about year ago, and I too have begun to write python in most of my projects for work/school.

Brad,
I haven’t released the 3d game yet. The missile command game works on mac and linux and can be downloaded here.

Hi, great job, anyway maybe I didn’t get the whole point but is’nt it easyer to drawthe (potentialy red) pointer when you use IR, than to use red laser in plus of IR laser…
I’m fond of python+pygame too it’s a great framework to design simple games *very* quickly.

tshirtman,
I suppose I could “draw” the pointer if there were an IR laser. That might be a little laggy, but it could work. I hope to put a new video up soon of the new missile system in the 3d game and you can see how it might work without drawing a pointer.
There is also the concern that IR lasers are dangerous because you can’t see them and your pupils don’t contract if you hit hit with one in the eye. Very bad…
